The regular meeting of the Board of Selectmen was called to order at 6:30 PM with all members in attendance except Mr. Mayhew.
On a Spencer/Martinis motion, the Board unanimously voted to approve the following abatements: municipal water, $5533.14; municipal sewer, $135.10; residential water, $2407.37; residential sewer, $796.38 and residential trash, $97.00.
On a Spencer/Martinis motion, the Board unanimously voted to approve the November 21st and November 28th minutes as submitted.
On a Martinis/Spencer motion, the Board unanimously voted to renew licenses on the attached list.
On a Martinis/Spencer motion, the Board unanimously voted to ratify Mr. Fraine’s appointment of Carolyn Roycroft to the Council on Aging Director position.
On a Spencer/Martinis motion, the Board unanimously voted to authorize Ms. Bokoski to attest to the action taken by the Local Licensing Authority (Board of Selectmen) with regard to license renewals.
On a Martinis/Spencer motion, the Board unanimously voted to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 PM.
